David Caimotto, a sheriff's deputy in San Francisco, was in a motorcycle accident and lost the use of his legs. The plan was then to remodel his grandmother's Millbrae, Califronia house for accessibility.

The work included adding a second floor addition, installing a home elevator, remodeling several bathrooms, raising sunken floors, installing a sprinkler system, and building a series of ramps and walkways for full exterior access. Features were custom designed for David's needs and he now enjoys living in an accessible home.
